Autonomy is earned, not enabled.

What if the AI sends something wrong? Nothing sends without your approval, until Corty has earned it, one approved reply at a time. Corty starts in full review mode. Autonomy grows only as alignment proves out, and you can pull it back to L0 at any moment.

Enterprise questions

What if the AI sends something wrong?
By default nothing sends without your approval. Corty starts at L0: every draft is reviewed by a human before it leaves. Autonomy (L1 through L3) is something you grant as policy, only after the alignment score proves Corty consistently drafts the way you would. You can revoke it at any time. No rep can exceed the autonomy ceiling leadership sets.
Where is data stored?
In the EU, AWS eu-north-1, Stockholm. Every organization is isolated with row-level security (Supabase RLS). Reply data is stored with configurable retention. You decide how long it is kept, with rolling auto-deletion. Your data never trains AI models.
Do you offer a DPA?
Yes. Contact sales@saleslobe.com to request a Data Processing Agreement for your DPO to review.
What are the subprocessors?
Supabase (database, authentication, row-level security), Anthropic (AI model inference, BYOK available), AhaSend (transactional email notifications only), and AWS (infrastructure hosting, eu-north-1 Stockholm). A complete subprocessor list is available on request.
What does enterprise pricing look like?
Custom, based on seats, volume, and onboarding scope. Published self-serve plans run $99 to $799/mo; enterprise agreements add dedicated onboarding, autonomy-ceiling policy, white-label, and procurement support. Talk to sales for a quote.
Can we bring our own LLM key?
Yes. BYOK routes all AI inference through your own Anthropic key; you pay Anthropic directly and the key is encrypted and never exposed. Available on Pro plans and above, included in enterprise agreements.
