Untracked replies
Replies that miss the campaign inbox still get answered.
A lead forwards your email to the real decision maker. A colleague answers from another address. The reply lands outside the campaign, and most tools never show it.
SalesLobe picks these up from Smartlead's untracked replies and Instantly's Unibox "Others", filters out the noise and matches them to the right client by lead email, domain or mailbox. A referral from the same company is treated as hot. Match one by hand and SalesLobe remembers the rule.
Gmail and Outlook
Inbox drafts through Make.
For a client's regular inbox, a Make scenario sends new mail to SalesLobe and puts Corty's draft back in the mailbox. A BCC on what you send teaches Corty how that person writes. The setup wizard walks you through it per client.
It drafts; it doesn't send on its own. Direct Gmail and Outlook sending is on the roadmap.
API and webhooks
Everything is an API call away.
REST API for leads, replies, campaigns and reports, and signed webhooks for events like a new reply, a queued draft or a sent answer. On every plan, trial included.

Integration questions
Do I need Smartlead or Instantly?
For campaign replies, yes: SalesLobe connects to those two directly, sending included. For a regular Gmail or Outlook inbox you can use the Make scenario, which drafts in the mailbox but doesn't send on its own.
Is there a native Zapier or Make app?
Not yet. Make and Zapier connect through the API and outbound webhooks, which are on every plan.
Which AI model does Corty use?
Anthropic's Claude. You don't need your own key: AI use is covered by Neural Credits. You can add your own Anthropic key if you prefer.
