Pricing questions
Does SalesLobe replace Smartlead or Instantly?
No. Your sequences, mailboxes and domains stay where they are. SalesLobe picks up the replies, and when an answer goes out it goes through your own sending account in Smartlead or Instantly, in the same thread.
How many credits does a reply cost?
About 4 for a reply from a real person: 1 to check it's a human, 1 to classify it, 2 to draft the answer. An automated reply or bounce stops after the first check and costs 1. A follow-up draft costs 1.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits reset at the start of every billing month. Top-up credits you buy separately stay valid for 12 months.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Corty pauses the AI work (reading, classifying, drafting) until you top up or your plan credits reset. Top-ups come in packs of 500 to 5,000 credits, from $0.07 per credit on Agency.
How many users can I add?
As many as you like. Every plan has unlimited users, with roles for owners, admins, managers, members and read-only viewers.
What counts as a client?
A client is one workspace in SalesLobe with its own campaigns, playbook, tone of voice, booking link and autonomy level. Starter covers 3 clients, Pro 10, Agency unlimited. The trial covers 1 client with up to 2 campaigns.
Is the client portal included on every plan?
Yes. Every plan, trial included, has the client portal, a playbook per client, campaign analysis and the option to use your own Anthropic key. Pro and Agency add white-label branding: your logo and colours on the portal.
Is the API included?
Yes, on every plan, trial included. REST API and outbound webhooks for leads, replies, campaigns and reports.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The trial runs 14 days with 150 Neural Credits. You pick a plan when you want to keep going.
Are prices in dollars? Is VAT included?
Prices are in US dollars, billed monthly, excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
