Does the free trial include all features?
Yes, except white-label branding (Pro and Agency). 14 days, 150 Neural Credits, 1 client with up to 2 campaigns, no credit card. The client portal, playbooks, API and your own Anthropic key all work in the trial.
Can I bring my own Anthropic API key (BYOK)?
Yes, on every plan, trial included. Add your key under Settings, Connections and Corty's AI calls run on your own Anthropic account.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes, from the billing page in the app. An upgrade starts right away and you only pay the difference for the rest of the month. A downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Does SalesLobe replace Smartlead, Instantly, or Lemlist?
No. Your sequences, mailboxes and domains stay where they are. SalesLobe picks up the replies from Smartlead or Instantly and answers through your own sending account, in the same thread.
