Set up in three steps

Add your Instantly API key
In SalesLobe under Settings → Connections. The key is stored encrypted. An agency key also reaches its sub workspaces.

Choose the workspaces to follow
SalesLobe finds your workspaces and sets up a webhook per workspace. On Instantly plans without webhooks it polls instead.

Assign campaigns to clients
Each campaign goes to a client, with that client's playbook, tone and booking link.

Instantly questions
Does SalesLobe send through Instantly?
Yes. Replies, follow-ups and forwards go out through Instantly from the account that ran the campaign, in the same thread.
Can I send attachments?
Instantly's API doesn't take attachments, so SalesLobe sends them as a secure download link, valid for up to 30 days and revocable. If the send fails, the link is revoked.
Does it see Unibox replies outside campaigns?
Yes. Replies in Instantly's Unibox "Others" are picked up and matched to the right client. You can switch this off per mailbox.
Can I connect more than one Instantly account?
Yes. Add as many Instantly accounts as you run, next to Smartlead if you use both.
Will Corty make things up?
Corty works under hard rules that override every playbook. It only states facts about your client that are written in the client's documents: prices, features, certifications, customers, dates. If a lead asks something those documents don't answer, Corty doesn't guess. It writes a neutral holding line and flags it on the draft as an "Open question" for a person to answer. It never invents meeting times; it offers the booking link instead. Legal and GDPR requests are never sent automatically and always go to a person.
