Add your Smartlead API key
In SalesLobe under Settings → Connections. Several Smartlead accounts? Add each one.

Paste the webhook
SalesLobe gives you a webhook URL for that account. Paste it in Smartlead so replies arrive the moment they land.

Pick campaigns per client
Assign each campaign to a client. Recent replies are imported so Corty has history to learn from.

Smartlead questions
Does SalesLobe send through Smartlead?
Yes. Answers go out through Smartlead from the mailbox that ran the campaign, in the same thread, with the client's signature added.
What if a webhook is missed?
A sync checks Smartlead for replies it hasn't seen: every 15 minutes on Starter, 5 on Pro, 2 on Agency and every minute on Custom.
Does it pick up untracked replies?
Yes. Smartlead's untracked replies (mail that isn't tied to a campaign lead, like a forward or a colleague answering) are matched to the right client by email, domain or mailbox.
Can I block a domain?
Yes. Blacklisting a domain or address in SalesLobe also pushes it to Smartlead's block list.
Will Corty make things up?
Corty works under hard rules that override every playbook. It only states facts about your client that are written in the client's documents: prices, features, certifications, customers, dates. If a lead asks something those documents don't answer, Corty doesn't guess. It writes a neutral holding line and flags it on the draft as an "Open question" for a person to answer. It never invents meeting times; it offers the booking link instead. Legal and GDPR requests are never sent automatically and always go to a person.
