Step 1 - Sign up. Create your account with your work email and verify it via the code we send you.
Step 2 - Choose your account type. You’ll see two cards: Sales Team and Agency. See Teams vs. Agencies if you’re unsure. This determines your dashboard layout.
Step 3 - The onboarding wizard.
If you chose Sales Team (Company), the wizard has 5 steps:
- Company - your company name and details
- Workspace - the first team member workspace (you can add more later)
- Brand Brief - describe your company voice. Tip: use the “Let Corty fill this” button for a solid starting template
- Industry - pick your industry; Corty pre-fills an industry tone guide (conversational, consultative, relationship-driven, or direct - depending on your sector)
- Inbox Guidelines - rules for how Corty should draft replies. A “Use template” button gives you a proven starting point
If you chose Agency, you’ll set up your agency profile, brand brief, and agency-wide response guidelines instead.
Step 4 - Done. After the wizard, you land on your Neural Core dashboard. Your first workspace is already created and ready to connect.
Free trial: every new account starts with 150 Neural Credits to explore the platform - enough for roughly 150 classified replies with AI drafts, or a mix of drafts, analyses and reports. Trial accounts can import up to 2 campaigns, with AI classification on the first 50 imported replies.
