Getting Started

Teams vs. Agencies

SalesLobe has two account types with different dashboards and features. Here's how to pick the right one during onboarding.

When you create your SalesLobe account, you choose one of two account types. This choice shapes your entire dashboard, so it’s the most important decision during onboarding.

Sales Team (Company account)

Choose this if you are a company managing your own team’s inboxes - for example a sales manager with 5 SDRs, or a founder who wants AI-drafted replies for the whole team.

What you get:

  • Individual Workspaces - one workspace per team member whose inbox Corty assists
  • Neural Core dashboard (Inbox view) - team performance at a glance: alignment scores, acceptance rates, trends per person
  • Email Replies view - every Corty draft across your team, with status (Unchanged / Edited / Rewritten / Learned)
  • Intelligence, Statistics, Credits, and Settings

What you don’t see: campaign features, Smartlead connections, and white-label settings are hidden - your dashboard stays focused on inbox work. If you later want to run cold outreach campaigns too, you can unlock campaign features from Settings > Plan (Company+).

Agency

Choose this if you manage sales for clients - outbound campaigns, inbox management for customers, or both.

What you get - everything in Sales Team, plus:

  • Company Workspaces - one per client you run campaigns for
  • Campaigns - import from Smartlead, reply triage, AI campaign analysis
  • Client Portals - a shareable results page per client (Pro and up)
  • White-label - your own branding and domain (Agency plan)
  • Agency-wide guidelines - one Corty Core configuration applied across all client workspaces
