Creating a new workspace

How to add a new client (Company Workspace) or team member (Individual Workspace) to SalesLobe.

  1. Go to Workspaces in the sidebar.
  2. Pick the tab for the type you need - Company Workspaces (a client you run campaigns for) or Individual Workspaces (a person’s inbox).
  3. Click New Workspace. The onboarding wizard opens, already set to the right type.
  4. Fill in the details:
    • Company workspace: client name, industry, website - then the tone guide for that client’s campaigns.
    • Individual workspace: the person’s name and email - Corty starts with your company-wide guidelines and learns their personal style from their first sent emails.
  5. Done - the workspace appears immediately and Corty can start working.

Plan limits: Starter includes up to 3 client workspaces, Pro up to 10, Agency unlimited.
