Everything in SalesLobe is organized into workspaces. There are two types, shown as two tabs on the Workspaces page:

- Company Workspaces (cold outreach) - used by agencies. Each client gets a workspace containing their campaigns, replies, tone guide, and optional client portal.
- Individual Workspaces (inbox management) - one per person whose inbox Corty helps manage. Corty builds a personal tone guide for each individual and drafts replies in their voice.
Sales Team accounts see Individual Workspaces by default. Agencies see both tabs.
The workspace drawer
Click any workspace to open its detail drawer:
- Overview - basic info plus live stats (campaigns or inbox activity)
- Tone Guide - the heart of Corty’s style knowledge for this workspace (see How tone guides work)
- What Corty Learned - an auto-generated summary of learned preferences: preferred words, greeting/closing patterns, tone mode
- Settings - integrations, email signature, workspace type, archive/delete
