Is SalesLobe a CRM? No. SalesLobe is the AI intelligence layer on top of your existing tools. It classifies, drafts, learns and reports - and pushes data to your CRM via Make.com/Zapier or the API.
Which AI models does SalesLobe use? Corty runs on Anthropic Claude - a fast model for classification and a more powerful model for reply drafts and reports. You never manage AI keys or prompts yourself.
Does Corty write in my language? Yes. Corty detects the language of each incoming email and drafts in the same language. Tone guides work in any language - many of our users work in Dutch, English, German and Spanish.
Can Corty send emails automatically? For cold outreach workspaces, an optional auto-reply mode exists: you set a confidence threshold (default 90%), which classifications qualify, and a delay. Anything below the threshold always waits for human review - and you can pause all automation with one switch.
How long before Corty matches someone’s style? Usually after roughly 20 real sent emails. Before that, the workspace shows “Still learning” and drafts lean on your company-wide guidelines.
What happens when I run out of credits? AI operations pause until you top up or your next monthly allowance arrives. Nothing is lost - incoming emails and replies keep being stored.
Can I switch account type later (Team to Agency)? Sales Team accounts can unlock campaign features via Settings -> Plan (Company+). For a full switch to an Agency account, contact support.
Is my data safe? Data is stored in the EU (Supabase/Postgres), access is strictly scoped per organization, and AI processing runs through Anthropic with no training on your data. Our DPA, sub-processor list and retention policy are available on request.
