For every Individual Workspace, the flow works like this:
Incoming email arrives in the inbox
|
v
SalesLobe receives it (via your Make.com / automation connection)
|
v
Corty labels the email
urgent - lead - interested - follow_up - meeting - info - not_relevant
|
|-- clearly not relevant (newsletters, invoices, no-reply)
| > skipped, no credit used for drafting
|
v
Corty writes a full draft reply
using: personal tone guide + company guidelines + Corty Core
|
v
Draft appears in Email Replies - ready to review, edit and send
Corty deliberately skips emails that don’t need a human-style reply: newsletters, automated notifications, invoices, calendar responses, and no-reply senders. You can add your own skip rules per workspace (by domain, email address, or subject keywords) - and whitelist exceptions.
Each draft comes with the reasoning and context Corty used, visible in the detail panel.
