The manager dashboard

The Neural Core Inbox view gives managers acceptance rates, trends and coaching signals per team member.

Open Neural Core > Inbox tab for the manager view:

Left: the Inbox Network - every team member orbits Corty as a satellite. Size and glow show activity; a green ring means active today.

Key metrics:

  • Personal acceptance rate - how often each person sends Corty’s draft without rewriting it.
  • Trend per person - improving / stable / declining / new. A declining trend is an early coaching signal: this person is editing more than before.
  • Action Needed - drafts pending longer than 24 hours, per person.

Why managers love this: no reading individual emails, data-driven coaching conversations, and it scales from 5 to 50 team members.
