Open Neural Core > Inbox tab for the manager view (we call it Layer 2 Control):
Left: the Inbox Network - every team member orbits Corty as a satellite. Size and glow show activity; a green ring means active today.

Right: Team Performers - sorted by personal acceptance rate:
Name | Total | Learned | Personal% | Overall%
Jan de Vries | 47 | 31 | 87% | 73%
Lisa Bakker | 38 | 24 | 79% | 68%
Pieter Smit | 22 | 11 | - | 56% < needs more data
Key metrics:
- Alignment Score (0-100%) - how closely Corty’s drafts match what each person actually sends. 70% or higher is green (great fit), 40-70% yellow, below 40% red (still learning, or the style needs attention).
- Trend per person -
improving/stable/declining/new. A declining trend is an early coaching signal: this person is editing more than before. - Action Needed - drafts pending longer than 24 hours, per person.
Why managers love this: no reading individual emails, data-driven coaching conversations, and it scales from 5 to 50 team members.
